Beathal lived quite an easy life. He
was part of a middle-class family that
lived in the country. He was never
attacked by orcs, goblins, or anything
of that sort. In fact his parents died
of old age. Beathal decided he needed
some sort of protection.
He began running through
basic sword patterns at age 13, and has
not improved much. While his
swordskills never improved much, his
keen eye and great willpower made him
an excellent magi. He did not, however,
forsake the sword. He had seen many
scholars fall to what he calls "The
magical tired" They are too weak to
cast spells for a while, and often run
away from the enemy, or simple fall. He
did not want this fate to happen to
him, so he decided to keep at least a
rusty sword and dull dagger with him at
all times.
While he thought he was one of the
first people to do this magi-fighter
hybrid, he was mistaken. While he was a
rare breed, he was one of a long line.
He has much to live up to, and plans on
becoming better than many before him.
